Turf Club

I have never been to the Kranji turf club. Horse racing seems to be a distance from me. Cheater did suggest we go one day. Now with Baby White, its easier for us to plan what we want to do. So here comes our plan to visit the Turf Club.

Went there on 13 Oct. We did a lot of homework before we went there like finding out wat time was the race, dress code etc. but we were conned. the dress code is not what followed by others! The first match was at 1.45pm but we were late. Cos we had to count the coins to send to Singapore mint next week. Reached there around 1.45pm. We were shocked when we went there. There were a lot of parking lots but its all FULL!!!!!! We got to park at the roof top which was already 1/3 full.

We bought the upper grandstand seats cos there were air con. Luckily we chose that. The lower grandstand is sooooooooo smelly with those cigarette smoke. My intention was not becos of the aircon but the thoughts that upper grandstand can see the bird eye view of the race. haha.... it was good choice though its $4.

As u can see, cheater enjoys himself. I must say he has a good judgement of the horses. if i had let him bet earlier our winning will be more. But again, the more u win the more u lose which we did towards the last 3 races. never mind la just for the fun of it.
oh ya the food court at the upper grand stand sell nice food. yummy bak gu teh, dessert and i smell nice prawn mee and laksa.

i must say going to Kranji was a v v v v v v v v vgood experience. for 2 sotong person

who dun know how to bet on horse, we learn. i must admit till date i still dun know as much as cheater does!!!!!!! Thanks Dear for making the effort to wake up early to go there.

When is our next trip there dear?? :)
