Baby white

Baby white has cause me a big scare last night! Brought Baby white to see doc this morning and found out some of the parts are not screw properly. that cause the floating engine. This is the lunar 7th mth baby white, pls dun give me problem! i am scare!!!!!!!

Nokia 6111

Bought this phone soon after Grandma passed away. As usual i only buy my phones from WhyMobile. Mayb its just the comfort level in doing biz with Samuel of WhyMobile.

Initially i din really fancy this phone cos its on Sembian OS and Cheater din allow me to buy a bigger memory card to store my songs. It took us about 1 mth to figure the phone..... FINALLY Cheater manage to know how to use the GPS. I was quite worried in case i am being charged for the data airtime after being frightened by a few friends. but i am happy to say so far i have not been billed.

All thanks to my new phone, i manage to go places like Sengkang, Tampines Giant, Woodlands and many more. MOST IMPORTANTLY, i was stuck in the stupid traffic jam on Sat and really lost my way. Luckily i have the GPS to guide me home SAFELY!!!! My GPS never fail to be angry with me if i turn the wrong way or take other exit. haha My GPS is a bit noisy too.

The only drawback is i cannot answer my phone using loudspeaker function if i am using the GPS. quite frustrating. but never mind la i just love my phone and will be good to it. :) i will upload photo of my Nokia 6111 and its GPS function as soon as i can.

AMK Hub

Have not been to AMK for ages... i think only once or twice. Made a trip to AMK Hub on 4 Aug cos Cheater has to pick up a ipod from one of the shops there. First thought, not bad leh..... a small and mini shopping mall but with lots of people. Got a few shops i like, G2000, A-drey. Also a few nice restaurant like Fish &Co, NYDC. We tried the A-mei coffee. I like it. Becos Edmund din ask us to reserve the ipod, we had to make a 2nd trip to AMK Hub on 9 Aug. This time we venture the shops outside AMK Hub. shops are just different as compared to where i always frequent.

I must say u guys should make a trip to AMK Hub. i find it so much better than Toa Payoh HDB Hub.

Pu Tien at Kitchener Road

i was getting bored with the food that i am eating. its always usual, the Chicken Rice, Wan Ton mee, duck rice, prata, KFC, McDonalds, noodles, bee hoon, yong tau foo..... everytime cheater ask me, wat would u like to have? i always say anything, watever. he will say anything and watever will get u into trouble..... i will just smiled back. Without fail, Cheater will get something that i would eat. hahahahaha...... taking for granted right...... his usual words.

I was surfing the net on Sunday and went to Cruz Teng's blog (YES933's DJ Ding Zhi Yong) he was talking about Pu Tien. i know of this restaurant from his blog early this year but never know where on earth is this restaurant. Also i am not keen to venture out of the MRT or bus route in case i get lost. excuses i know.... hehe..... i showed Cheater what Cruz has wrote and i just said, let's go there some day. immediately he say let's go TONIGHT. Thru a link at Cruz Teng's blog i found the address.

Cruz Teng mentioned must book for seats cos its always full house. Cheater called the restaurant but they dun accept reservation for 2 pax! Cheater was smart. he asked the person on the line wat time was their peak hours. The person advise us to go around 6pm. Just becos of the food we really went around 6pm!

Oh ya forgot to add i finally know how to use the map on my Nokia 6111 the GPS phone i set the address in my phone and Cheater drove there......

We were there around 6.20pm. Already there were many people. When the menu came we were staring at it. all the food look soooooooooo good. sorry guys i forgot to take photo of the menu. Cheater and i ran out of ideas..... he suggested to order set menu but i refused cos i remembered Cruz Teng recommending some food.

So we ordered......
Ice bittergound with honey $3
Crispy yam with duck
Fish (not on cruz's recommendation but cheater wanted a steamed fish)
Spinach with salted and preserved egg
Rice

i love the spinach the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!! superb dish. the iced bittergound i must say its v v v v v vv v v v v vv v v v v v v refreshing. i am gg to try tonight using mum's bittergound. the fish is super fresh, yam is v good too.

i will upload the photos as soon as i can and make you guys drool for good food. i must say the $67 we paid for its v v v v v v v v v v v v v v vv v v v v worth it. i am definitely gg to bring my mum there.

if u guys dun know it i have lost about 3.5kg since grandma pass away. it was even worse in mid july when i was only 43.5kg.. now i am 44.8kg. i have not been able to finish my food for a long long long long time. i am v happy to say, yesterday is the FIRST day i finished the meal myself. will update the photos soon.....

Edit 21 Aug 07 : i think my pictures got to wait for a few weekend b4 i can post. Few reasons :
1) i am very busy with my ipod. sigh.... my IBM laptop got some problem and cheater when to reformat the whole laptop and all my songs are inside. i got to download my songs every night.
2) my IBM laptop dun have cd-rom and i cant download Nokia 6110 software inside. i dun know how to download from Nokia's website. again. this weekend got to bring it to Dr Cheater to solve the problem b4 i can upload my photo. Silly said i am not stupid but DAMN STUPID! ARGH!!!!!

Wow baby white has brought me to MANY MANY MANY MANY PLACEs!!!!! HEHE who is baby white....... will tell u shortly. i think i can count the number of people who said hi to baby white. First start with Petrina, Patrick, Edwin, Mok, Edmund, Mingli, Dad, Mum, Wen, Darryl, Frances, Desmond, Shinta, Weiting, SQ, Kim Song (Cheater's colleague), Sam (Cheater's colleague), my bestest friend, Jacyntha and her husband, WK and of cos some of my beloved Teresa, Lazy, Happy, Hope, Good Luck, Forever, Sheep, Passion, Harmony, Silly and Harmony. i dun normally have people saying hi to baby white. she is just too precious. haha

Baby White has brought me to Tampines, Tampines Giant, Bedok North, Kitchener Road, Kembangan, Ubi, Chomp Chomp, Bishan, AMK Hub, Toa Payoh Hub, East Coast Park, Labordor Park, Toa Payoh Rise for massage, Orchard Road, Woodlands, Sengkang and of cos Aljunied.

Now i rely on baby white to go to work daily..... she has to be my slave when she used to be able to rest every weekdays. poor thing..... i will sayang you more since u are the best. hehe....

i will talk my adventure with baby white to Tampines Giant - went there with Jacyntha, AMK Hub but first on Kitchener Road!!!!!!!!!! Time to work now..... update later.

Absent from Blog

i have been MIA for sometime i know. i din know what to write and my mood is just now there. lots of head in my mind. Grandma's passing was a bit bad for me. i could not face a lot of things i din know what to do. i did dream of her one night. she was at the Great Wall with me. i visited Grandma's urn. she is placed beside my grandpa. The photo that my aunty used was the one went to do a makeover with her sisters sometime in the 1990s.

Thanks to all my friends and Cheater from being there for me. i still cry when i think of Grandma. i still miss her a lot but i know she is free from illness and should be very happy. I am still a human right, crying will make my lungs grow stronger leh..... according to cheater's chinese doc. i will try to write happier things now. its an attempt and i will do it. :) just wait for it. :)
